Shipping Information

We ship anywhere in New Zealand, rural addresses included. We do not currently ship overseas.

Shipping costs

Orders of $50 and over: free shipping, NZ wide.
Orders under $50: $7.95 flat rate courier, NZ wide. No rural surcharge.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are packed in our Christchurch shop and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is on its way you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Typical delivery after dispatch: 1 to 3 business days for the South Island, 2 to 5 business days for the North Island, and a day or two longer for rural addresses. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Check your address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address, so if you spot a mistake after ordering, email us straight away and we will fix it before dispatch.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will sort it out.
